Handbook on preparing for career in acting
For a career in acting, an aspirant works tremendously on his physique, on his looks, learning the dance steps, acting skills and those lucky ones in the metros, join acting schools, but the question looming large is how many of them work on their audition skills?
No matter how well trained an aspiring actor is or mastered his skills in acting, dancing, fights, etc, ultimately it is his efforts in the best shots he takes in presenting himself in the acting studio which could lead him up the ladder or vice versa.

Star Wars, The Force Awakens – Movie review


The seventh installment in the main Star Wars film series STAR WARS – The Force Awakens is set approximately 30 years after Return of the Jedi (1983), and follows Rey, Finn, and Poe Dameron’s fight with the Resistance, led by veterans of the Rebel Alliance, against Kylo Ren and the First Order, descended from the Galactic Empire.
A generation after the second Death Star was destroyed, Luke Skywalker, the last Jedi, has disappeared. The First Order has risen from the fallen Galactic Empire and seeks to eliminate Luke and the Republic. The Resistance, backed by the Republic and led by Luke’s twin sister, Leia Organa, opposes them while searching for Luke to enlist his aid.
The engrossing adventure begins with Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), a Resistance X-wing fighter pilot who is sent on a mission by a certain princess. He is rescued by Finn, the First Order stormtrooper, and their fates are forever intertwined. They crash on Jakku, and Finn appears to be the only survivor

Will ‘Fitoor’ make ‘Body Sculpting’ the new in thing?

If one goes by Aditya’s new avatar for ‘Fitoor’, one can surely start believing that, flaunting six- or eight-pack abs for a film have become passe .
Aditya Roy Kapur has taken a different route to showcase a well-toned physique in his next- ‘Fitoor’. He has opted for body sculpting.
“Aditya has always had an athletic physique, but for ‘Fitoor’, that stars Katrina Kaif — he decided to take up body sculpting to develop a completely different look from what has been seen of him before,” says a source.
Body sculpting or core conditioning is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning regimen that usually focuses on one’s core strength. “It is a technique that is used to shape the muscles in one’s body to perfection without bulking it up in any way,” adds the source.
