Doli is about a girl Urmi (Neha Marda), who dreams of getting married in ideal Hindustani marriage rituals and ceremonies, and she doesn’t dream anything big, but yearns for an ideal husband, lead a happy, peaceful and a loving married family.

Could you describe the psyche of Samrat, the antagonist in the serial.
Neha’s husband in Doli Armaano Ki is Samrat (Mohit Malik), who is virtually like that of a dog (kutta in the metaphorical sense). ‘The Dog in the Manger’ is the right analogy to describe this wicked husband. Samrat is not the kind of a person any woman would want to have as her husband. (Personally I feel dogs are more honest and faithful than humans.

Is he actually so bad?
He is a shameless guy, who cheats on his wife, brutally beating her, abuses her. But the day Neha comes to know that he is cheating on her, she decides to take things right on.

Does the theme have any parallels from your personal life?
Yes the story is somewhat reminiscent of my personal experiences as I too come from a small town, Jhansi and have graduated from Allahabad.

Even I had high dreams like that of Neha, of a nice marriage and lead a goody goody married life. Unfortunately, there was something else in my destiny, and the marriage did not work out.

Why does a girl always have to go through adjustments after a marriage? Doesn’t she also have a right to be happy?

Musical Launch of "LIFE OK ... KOI NA ROKE" TV Serial

Divya Drishti Creations present's TV Serial "Life Ok ... Koi Na Roke" was musically launched at AB Sound Studio, Andheri, West, Mumbai this week. 

The title song was recorded by music director Ursula in the voice of Shabbir Kumar and lyrics are penned by Hemant Raj. 

Three other songs, written by Gangadhar Rajpurohit were also recorded in the voices of Shabbir Kumar, Jadav Bhanushali and Vinav Viswakarma with real Kinner's chorous. 

The serial is written, produced and directed by Hemant Raj and based on present Mumbai life. 

Hemant Raj is very well-known producer and he has alreadymade film in 1986 BOMBAY TOWN, which was based on Mumbai life, once again he is on the same way.

Mahasati Maina Sundari – brings Asha Bhosle, Bappi Lahiri together

Asha Bhonsle & Bappi Lahiri for the first time record a song for “MAHASATI MAINA SUNDARI”

Title song for a historical story to be aired on Paras Channel from 13th April, based on “MAHASATI  MAINA  SUNDARI” from Jain Religion was recorded on 21st & 22nd March 2014 at Lahiri House, Juhu-Vile Parle scheme, Andheri.



It brings Asha Bhonsle & Bappi Lahiri for first time, music by Bappi Lahiri and song was penned by Rajan Layalpuri. Serial is being made under the banner of R.S.Pictures Productions. “MAHASATI  MAINA  SUNDARI” depicts life of human based on love& faith, it is based on Karma (human nature & behavior) which gives its bad or good results in his or her life itself.



Asha ji said after a long time she has sung for a devotional song that to for the first time for a TV serial and with Bappi da, she also gave lots of best wishes to the makers.
