Soorma Bhopali, one of the strongest teams of the Box Cricket League had all the reasons to celebrate unveiling their Team Jersey!

The cricket fever is in the air with the BCL launching its Cricket team; team ‘Soorma Bhopali’ captained by Sara Khan & team owner Mayank Singh (Real Estate Developer) of Check & Mates Entertainment unveiled their team jersey with all the members and the unveiling was done by the Hon'ble minister shahid ali khan and the cake cutting ceremony was in high spirits

Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee & Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle hosted a fashion show & talent hunt competition ‘Singh & Kaur 2014’ at Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College (Delhi University); Gurpreet Kaur Chadha, founder of Punjabi Global Foundation as the Guest of Honor

Promoting the rich cultural heritage of Punjab nationally,Manjit Singh G.K., Paramjit Singh Rana (Chairman, Dharam Parchar Committee) organized Singh & Kaur 2014, a fashion show & talent hunt, Gurpreet Kaur Chadha as the Guest of honor felicitating the winners & participants with gifts from Punjabi Global Foundation.

The fashion show was conceptualized as per the norms & rules following the Sikh community & turned out to be a pretty entertaining affair with participants walking the ramp in traditional avatar.

The unique first of a kind fashion show in the Sikh community was solely meant to promote the rich culture of Punjab giving the participants a platform to showcase their talent.

The guest of Honor Gurpreet Kaur Chadha, founder of Punjabi Global Foundation expressed her pleasure at being a part of such an initiative, “Something like this is happening for the first time & it turned out to be pretty well. I am sure few years down the line this show will have a global reach & PGF will strongly support it giving the aspirants a platform to shine out.”

As a part of the ongoing preparations, the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) held a press conference in Mumbai today, attended by superstars Hrithik Roshan, Shahid Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar. Come April, the Indian Film fraternity will take the United States by storm, as the 15^th edition of the IIFA Weekend and Awards will play out from the 23^rd to 26^th in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Tampa Bay will bear witness to superstar, Hrithik Roshan’s signature moves as the ace performer takes to the Tata Motors IIFA Awards this year.  Speaking on his performance, Hrithik said, “I have been a part of many IIFAs where I have performed at different locales. IIFA was in fact my first international performance and something I have always treasured. I am honoured to be a part of this major milestone in IIFA’s journey as they venture into the United States of America, showcasing our film industry in Tampa Bay this year.” Roshan has previously performed at IIFA in Sun City, Singapore and Colombo. This will be his first performance in the US in a decade.
