Deepika Padukone gets a warm welcome from fans at IIFA



Deepika has a huge fan following across borders.

The ace actor has won hearts in India and at the same time is very popular internationally.

While Deepika was at IIFA early this month she had a heartening experience. Deepika’s fans had come to catch a glimpse of the actress while she walked the red carpet.

They were all hooting and clapping as soon as she arrived. They then started singing songs from her film and called her by her character names; Naina, Meenama, Piku….

Deepika could not give media bytes on the red carpet as the fans were absolutely uncontrollable.

While Deepika was at IIFA last year as well her fans were absolutely uncontrollable. She even met Kevin Spacey and John Travolta who were high on praise for her last year.

Deepika continues to mesmerize internationally.  


Sayali Bhagat inaugurates Chitah Martial Arts Academy

Actress Sayali Bhagat inaugurated Chitah Martial Arts Academy at Muljibhai Mehta International School,Virar

Chitah Yajnesh Shetty martial art academy has been initiated in Muljibhai Mehta International School, Virar, and this is a part of curriculum, 600 students have registered their names. 

The inauguration ceremony was attended by former Miss India & bollywood actress Sayali Bhagat, Mixed Martial Art champion From Afghanistan Sameer Ali and an actor in the Filmy town in the presence school trustee Bhavesh Mehta, Ramesh Nair the manager, Principal Manisha Kerker in presence of thousands of students in the school. 

Chitah Yajnesh Shetty specially thanked Virar Shanker Shetty on this occasion & honoured Miss India Sayali Bhagath with Brown Belt, Sayali taking CJKD training by Chitah Yajnesh since the last 3 years.
                     
On this occasion Chitah Yajnesh Shetty also wished everyone a Happy International Yoga Week saying that both yoga and martial arts serve almost the same purpose through different ways. It is necessary to include them in our daily life as our lifestyle demands so.


Chitah Yajnesh Shetty  has trained more than 150 movie stars and 3,50,000 women in Nirbhay Women Empowerment & Training Programe, training in 20 international school like Bunts Sangha S.M.Shetty International School, Powai, Ryan International School (Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali) ,G.S Shetty International School, Bhandup.

Chitah Yajnesh Shetty has received two prestigious international Awards like The United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame For Most Valuable Jeet Kune Do Instructor and The Sri Lankan ‘ Stima’ Award For The Best Work in The Field of  Martial Arts.

Deepika's character's name as the title turns out lucky for the film

Deepika was seen essaying the role of Piku recently. She carried the character beautifully and has won hearts of audiences across. There is something about her character which stays back with you.

Deepika essays the title role in the film and has delivered to it a cent percent.

Infact Deepika has played the title role in not one but in 4 of her films.

Deepika played the title role in her superhit debut film Om Shanti Om, where her character was called Shanti.

She also played the title role Leela in her film Ram-Leela. While the film got a thunderous response, Deepika received numerous accolades for her fiery portrayal of Leela.

We recently saw Deepika playing the title role in Piku. Deepika’s character’s name was the name of the film.

Deepika received accolades from all quarters for Piku. It is being called as one of her finest performances and Piku has been loved all over.

She will also be seen playing the title role once again in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani.

So far Deepika’s character’s name as the title has proved really lucky. All the films where she plays the title character have done extremely well.
