Rakhi Sawant, Raju Srivastav at Aneel Murarka's Yoga Awareness Session

Educationist and philanthropist Aneel Murarka spearheaded & organized yoga awareness session with Rakhi Sawant, Raju Srivastav etc practicing yoga asanas on international day of yoga with hot yoga


While the world celebrates International Day of Yoga, Rakhi Sawant & Raju Srivastav support the thought- “Each day should be dedicated to fitness and not just one day”spearheaded by Aneel Murarka  
 
In an industry where being fit is an essential part seems to be going out to fashion, Rakhi Sawant & Raju Srivastav says “One must be healthy & comfortable to flaunt their body”. The two renowned personalities says the secret behind their healthy life style is not crash diet, but a combination of regular workouts which involves a heavy dose of yoga and healthy eating. The half hour yoga session was followed by the laughter spree by Raju Srivasatv .
 
 "Mr. Aneel Murarka’s has done an extraordinary job to spread the word about the importance of yoga. For me, working out and eating healthy is a part of my lifestyle. I know people who do not take care of their health and eating ways and habits and suddenly they want a perfect body, and they go on crash diets. The stars who have created a footing in the industry, encourage people towards healthy life style in order to provoke a sense of healthy living on International Day of Yoga.
 
Bollywood celebrities came forth to celebrate International Day of Yoga including Raj Zutshi , Shweta Khanduri, Sooraj Thapar, Raju Srivastav, Rakhi sawant, Gautam Arora  etc  displaying some of the best yoga asanas.
 
Speaking about the benefits of yoga and healthy living Rakhi says I think ideally one should not reach a stage where you have to go on crash diets. You need to be conscious on a daily basis. I feel that this should be your lifestyle. Yoga is one the oldest and the most effective way to remain fit. Yes, at times practicing the same set of routine can be boring but there are various forms of yoga that are not just effective but also fun to practice and bas YOGA si hi HOGA"

Spearing some words of wisdom about importance of yoga, Raju Srivastav says Apart from being fit, yoga helps to achieve mental & physical calmness. Yoga takes you on a magical journey far away from the hussle and bussle of the mind. It’s a myth that yoga is for women. Personally I make sure that I include yoga sessions in my workout regime. Its gives me a pleasant change from gym and relaxes my mind and body”. Further adding “Mr. Aneel Murarka has yet again proved that he surely give it back to the society not just by his philanthropic gestures but also by spreading awareness about how important fitness is".Spearheaded by Aneel Murarka, he says “Yoga is extremely important for both mind and soul. I personally practice which works wonders for me. It works on your body, mind and stress levels - so it's a complete package. Going to the gym can be boring and can drain you out. Yoga adds energy to your system
